Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile page! I was raised in the beautiful town of Dubuque, Iowa along the Mississippi River. After graduating high school, I headed to Iowa City to attend the University of Iowa. Life, however, called and I had the great fortune to adventure to the state of Colorado where I found my love for real estate. It began in the mountain town of Manitou Springs where I purchased a tiny cottage, used in the summer to house people escaping the heat of the city. After successfully restoring and selling a number of projects, I relocated to Denver. It was there I built a successful residential real estate business.
Family eventually brought me back to Iowa and Iowa City. I feel fortunate to live in such a vital and beautiful state. And even more fortunate to be practicing real estate in a town as vibrant and diverse as Iowa City including the ever expanding and dynamic surrounding areas. The changes are immense and the growth is very exciting.
