Hi, I’m Ellie! I love homes, I love the Iowa City area, I love helping people and I would love to help you! There are so many details that go into buying and selling property it can be overwhelming – that’s where I come in. Before moving to Iowa City in high school, I spent much of my childhood moving around the United States – making me a unique mix of a “native” and a “transplant”. As a 3rd generation Hawkeye and 12 year Iowa City resident I have extensive knowledge and expertise on the area. However, I know through personal experience how hectic moving can be, so my goal is to take the stress out of the transaction and handle all the extra details so you don’t have to. To me this is not a regular transaction of items. Rather, it is a huge investment and life transition for my clients, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My loyalty, compassion, and motivation drive me to make sure you are getting what you want out of the process. Since graduating from the University of Iowa I have become involved in many community organizations which include being an Ambassador for the Iowa City Business Partnership, serving as a member on the events committee with the Friends of the Animal Center Foundation, and volunteering with TRAIL to assists elders who wish to age safely at home. I have a passion for this amazing community and forming meaningful relationships with others! When I’m not working or volunteering, you most likely can find me at home bingeing a TV series with my fiancé, our 4-year-old Weimaraner, and a glass of red wine.
